Where did you find this game playable online?

40th anniversary BABY! This is my childhood right here, I loved playing this on the DS Namco Museum

It kind of looks like it is made by taito

Lots of fun with a quick shot controller

Problem was that there was no cabinet.just swapping the boards and side art

This came out when I was in grade 9. I was more into pinball, which were still plentiful, but I'd watch the video aces and vidiots playing these like maniacs. One of my classmates, Rob, was expert at this one. Obviously, he was known from then on as "Rob" otron.

I played this so much, in the mid-80s, that my parents limited my time on the computer.😇

This game seems very Japanese. I like it.

I can remember my dad and I playing this in Dixons in 1982.

Two player mode, both players control within the game. Player one try to remove the block while Player 2 try to rebuild the block. Player 1 try to bounce the ball with the plank. Player 2 control the men to rebuild the blocks.

That was first 3d cgi interative game, epic why retrogamer mafia dont talk about?

Is it just me or are these the same sound effects as Defender? This game terrified me to even try back in the day! Still find it extremely disorienting and anxiety inducing... 😅

An arcade Tempest-like shooter with incredible graphics for its time (in fact, the first with real-time 3D graphics) Visuals that would understandably give people motion sickness/nausea/migraines/etc Some of the backgrounds (heck, even the background "music") having a slight creepy vibe to them Technicians (supposedly "men in black") having to fix the Laserdisc often, and the machines disappearing for short time periods Only released in North America (in the myth, IIRC it was only in the state of Oregon, so lines up geographically) And on top of it all, it's Simutrek's only game, and the company name sounds kinda like Sinnesloschen to some extent This *_IS_* Polybius. And the graphics still hold up to this day.

9 years ago... Did the creator of this playthrough k ow he was summing up Present Day Disney in this one playthrough? Disney, like this playthrough. Is glitched and broken. Though unlike this game no amount of glitches will save Disney if they don't fix their broken ways. Sad. I loved this when it was in the arcades, the local bowling alley, and grocery store.

One of my favorite games on the C64 back in the day. I completed the original and Championship Lode Runner multiple times. Great memories!

Lost hundreds of quarters on this one. Got my kids hooked on the emulator version decades later...and had to replace more than one keyboard as a result.

That game got delayed to 1984 due to overage drinking. Luckily, during the delay, it got a somewhat safer version of this game known as “Root Beer Tapper.”
